Melissa

I LOVE being a mom. I could eat sushi 3 times a day. If bookstores had beds in them, I'd have no reason to leave. My heart gets all fluttery when I am in a stationery store. Spanglish is my first language. Ikea is my new obsession. I listen to Paramore when editing photos, working out, and giving birth. I crave fast lenses and chocolate chip cookies every other day. Jesus Christ saved my life and continues to save me from myself.

Randy

I eat Chick-Fil-A four times a week, wish I had time to be cycling again, and bake a mean batch of chocolate chip cookies at least twice a month. (Why? Because my wife loves them.)

Then Comes Marriage: Esther & Steven

Oh. My heart is full of happy feelings as I write this post. Why? Well, Back in 2001, just after 9/11, I flew across the Atlantic and found myself living with a house full of Brits, and discovered that another American was coming soon. I was so excited, and hoping that the week delay for...

Emily & Andy: THE WEDDING

I met her on the first day of school. It was 7th period acting class—I was a bucket of nerves, and she was a bucket of smiles. Emily has a gift of making anyone feel at ease. She has a magnetic vibe, she draws people in…she really listens. She really cares. Hearing Andy’s friends recount...
